Chun-Li pinched the bridge of her nose, frustration building up in her. The source of this frustration came in the form of her British friend, who was giving a pouting glare at the smirking succubus.
“Chun-Li! How could you do this to me?! I thought we were partners and I find out you teamed up with her!” cried Cammy, pointing at Morrigan.
“Cammy, it’s not like I really had a choice. We had to team up after we were sucked into some dimensional rift,” explained Chun-Li.
“You cheated on me!”
“We’re not in that kind of relationship, Cammy!”
“Besides, even if Chun-Li did swing that way, I’m sure she would go for someone like me anyway,” cooed Morrigan as she wrapped her arms around the Chinese woman’s shoulders.
“You are not helping the situation, Morrigan,” hissed Chun-Li, giving her green-haired friend a side glare. She got a small grin in return.
Cammy looked like she was about to cry. There was no way she was going to let this demon take away her best friend.
“Look, Cammy, I did not replace you. You are still my friend and battle partner, but you have to accept that Morrigan is my friend and partner as well.”
“Tell you what, Cammy. Next time Chun-Li and I hang out, you can come along and I can invite Felicia as well,” said Morrigan, wanting the British woman to stop her sniveling.
“Who’s Felicia?” asked Cammy.
“She’s a cat woman.”
“…She’s a kitty?”
“Pretty much,” replied the succubus, knowing how much Cammy loved cats.
The British woman started looking much happier, her eyes sparkling with glee at the thought of meeting a real-life kitty girl. This made the other two women sweatdrop.
“I want to meet the kitty!”
“You’ll have to wait until we all have free time,” stated Morrigan.
Nodding in agreement, Cammy then turned and left for home, excited about meeting Felicia. Once she was gone, Chun-Li turned to Morrigan.
“That was a mean trick to play on her.”
“Would you rather have her stay and acting like a little crybaby?”
